Lately we have been working on finishing our basement and Ashton has been eager to help. We bought him a little tool set and he just goes to work. The reason for the nakedness....potty training. In an attempt to have Ashton potty trained before the baby comes we are trying anything ang everything. Even letting him run around naked and constantly reminding him to use the potty when he needs to pee. So far nothing has worked. He is just too stubborn. So if anyone has any advice, tips, or tricks I would love to learn.

And we even put the missinaries to work painting.

I think we are finally closing in on this big project. We are set to carpet on the 29th if everything goes as planned.
The goal is to have the Capri's room set up before her arrival which means clearing everything out and moving it to the finished basement. Wish us luck!

wow love the naked butt pic! glad that is coming along. sorry we are not much help right now. One of these days I will come over! hope you can get ashton potty trained. I have no tips cuz I have no expertise in that department yet..
My tip: give up! Corinne did the same thing when I tried 2-3 months before Shane was born. Then one month after, tried again, done potty training in about 2-2 days (well, there were a few more accidents past that). He might just not be ready....

My tip is the same at Heather. They will do it when they are ready. Both my boys would not potty train until 3, they just weren't mature enough to get what was going on until they were a bit older. I'm sure Ashton will be ready this spring or summer. Loved the pictures and can hardly wait for the new baby.
